Nice location but definitely not a 3 star hotel ☺ - The rooms are spacious. - Depending on the studios, the bathroom could be more spacious and in a better condition. - A lot of markets and restaurants close to the hotel. - Internet was reliable. - Close to beach. - The owner seems very friendly, polite and helpful especially when we moved to the studio on the first floor. He also take care of out luggages to be moved from one studio to another. - The girls in charge of the breakfast are really nice and helpful. P.S. The response of the property just confirms what I wrote and also their attitude towards the client 🙂 .The issue with the rooms was resolved because Booking requested it directly to the property. The Booking operator saw the messages and the fact that hey let us believe that we would get the room we requested. As the property said, they noted our request, but decided to let us know only when we arrived that they honour the requests only if it is in their favour. As we said before, if we knew they can not honour our request, we would canceled our stay the day we made the booking and got all our money back, but by the time of our arrival if we wanted to cancel and go somewhere else, we would lose all our money. Unfortunately there is no reliable and trustworthy personnel and unfortunately seeing their response now I would definitely not recommend this property if you want to have a pleasant holiday. ☹ - When we booked we asked for a room on the first floor. With a private balcony and a view. This requirement was confirmed over the phone and also on booking through messages. Otherwise we would canceled the booking receiving all our money back. On the arrival the person at the front desk, George, gave us a room (no. 5) at the ground floor with the door and main window directly to the pool and to the courtyard from where anyone passing would see directly inside the room. - In the first studio we stayed, the bathroom was really small, several things inside the room where in a really bad shape. Bathroom looked quite nasty, there was rust on the lamp near the bad, one night stand was missing a handle on the drawer, etc. - We tried to talked to the front desk guy, but he didn't care less about us. On an arrogant tone he also told us that if we want him to keep us a studio on the first floor we should have paid the equivalent of 3 night so he could block a room on the first floor especially for us. Also he told us that maybe he will have a studio available only in 3 or 4 days. Even if at least one studio on the first floor was 100% empty. - We had to call Booking Customer Service and after 1 hour on the phone that cost us a another 60 euros, the property miraculously found an available studio on the first floor in which we moved only the next day. - Even if this guy George told us they where fully booked (so he could justify himself), during our stay there for 1 week in the first floor studio, all the others studios or apartments on the first floor were empty in that building. You could see clearly which room, studio or apartment was used or not. - The breakfast was really basic and bit poor in choices. - Definitely not a 3 star hotel and if you are unlucky you could get a room in a really bad shape even if they say it's the same category. Well...at least you pay the same, but some rooms are definitely better then others on the same category.
